Croley W.Graham, jr.

Mr. Graham is President and Chief Operating Officer of ETC Management, LLC, a family investment office for the late Elizabeth Turner Campbell located in Nashville and is the managing member of ETC Ventures, LLC, a private equity fund.  Prior to this position, Mr. Graham was the Chief Operating Officer for The Family Office, LLC, which he helped create in 1998 and then managed through 2003.  From 1980 – 1998, Mr. Graham was a tax principal with Lattimore, Black, Morgan and Cain.  He previously held positions with Manier, White, Herod, Hollobaugh and Smith and KPMG.  Mr. Graham graduated from David Lipscomb University in 1974 with a B.A. in Accounting and received his J.D. from Duke University in 1977. 

 

John W. Nelley, jr.

Mr. Nelley is an attorney, and entrepreneur in the area of real estate development.  He formerly was a Managing Director for Duke Realty Corporation and is on that company’s Board of Directors.  Mr. Nelley joined Duke Realty through a merger with NWI Warehouse Group in 1999, a company he formed which developed in excess of 3.5 million square feet of office an industrial space in Nashville since 1981.  Prior to forming NWI, Mr. Nelley practiced law with Tune, Entrekin and White focusing on estate planning, probate, wills and trusts, and real estate. He graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1970 and earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame in 1973. Mr. Nelley is a certified public accountant.

 

John W. Titus

Mr. Titus is a member of the law firm of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP focused on corporate and securities law. Mr. Titus has extensive experience in syndications of real estate partnerships and investment companies, public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, negotiating and documenting venture capital investments and the formation of an SBIC, among other focus areas. He is a member of the Nashville and American Bar Associations.  He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Nashville Capital Network and a member of the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section of the Tennessee Bar Association.  Mr. Titus graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1977 and earned his J.D. from Duke University in 1980.
